What inspire you to try yoga?
I’ve done yoga before and wanted to pick it up again. Liked the stretches and breathing exercises.
What is the most positive change you notice after you started your yoga practice?
More flexible. Less stiffness as more muscles are being worked on.
What is your favorite pose and why?
Like all the poses as they stretch different parts of the body. Will push myself to do even the more difficult ones…we never know our limits if we don’t try.
What is the most difficult part about your practice?
Continuing the practice after class…lack self discipline.
What advice would you give to others?
Just do it!! No age constraints and no better time than to start now. Little risk of injury if one follows instructions.
