What inspire you to try yoga?
Had taken yoga courses many years ago albeit for short period. At that time was to help to relieve stress.
What is the most positive change you notice after you started your yoga practice?
Ability to relax the mind. Since I restarted in Feb felt the stretching in the last few sessions helped to release some tensions and perhaps strengthen certain muscles.
