What inspire you to try yoga?
Yoga helps to push my physical & mental limit. At time, I experienced calm & peace too.
What is the most positive change you notice after you started your yoga practice?
Physical body posture has been improved and I’m more calm & focus.
What is your favorite pose and why?
Headstand improves blood circulation to the brain. Each time I come out from the pose, I feel refreshed.
What is the most difficult part about your practice?
Not me. I mean is it hard to stretch your body when you feel like you want to.
What advice would you give to others?
Be patient with your body, remember to breathe and compare with yourself not others.
