Yoga Classes
Open Class
This 80 mins open class has a mixed level of beginner, intermediate and sometimes advance poses. Suitable to students who wants to proceed to the intermediate level.
- Call to register.
- $35 per session.
- $250 for 10 sessions.
Seniors Class
This 60 mins class includes Kapalabhati (cleansing practice), Sun Salutation, a regular series of beginner level asanas, joints strengthening movements and relaxations. This class is suitable for students who are between 55 – 80 yrs old or any seniors who wants to continue learning and bring mobility back to their body.
- Please bring your own mat.

- $15 per session.
- $50 for 5 sessions.
Free Class
This 60 mins class is open to all levels of practitioners. This class is organised by the Singapore Sportshub. Its is FREE for everyone.

Yoga Class Etiquette
- Strictly no short-pants allowed. Pants should be at least over the knees.
- Arrive on time for your class, late arrivals can be disruptive.
- Classes are practiced barefoot. Upon entering the studio, leave your shoes in the designated area.
- Turn on silent mode all electronic devices that may be disruptive to others.
- Advise the instructor of any injury or medical condition (including pregnancy) before class starts.
- Once the instructor begins the class, refrain from talking to others.
- Keep your voices low while in the studio and waiting room.
- If possible reserve questions for after the class.
- Remember to pick up and neatly put back your yoga mat after used.
- Go at your own pace. Be gentle and respectful towards your body, never moving to the point of pain.
- If you must leave early, tell the instructor in advance.
