Yoga Class Etiquette

• Strickly no short-pants allowed. Pants should be at least over the knees.
• Arrive on time for your class, late arrivals can be disruptive.
• Classes are practiced barefoot. Upon entering the studio, leave your shoes in the designated area.
• Turn on silent mode all electronic devices that may be disruptive to others.
• Advise the instructor of any injury or medical condition (including pregnancy) before class starts.
• Once the instructor begins the class, refrain from talking to others.
• Keep your voices low while in the studio and waiting room.
• If possible reserve questions for after the class.
• Remember to pick up and neatly put back your yoga mat after used.
• Go at your own pace. Be gentle and respectful towards your body, never moving to the point of pain.
• If you must leave early, tell the instructor in advance.

Yoga Classes

Open Class

This 80 mins open class has a mixed level of beginner, intermediate and sometimes advance poses. Suitable to students who wants to proceed to the intermediate level.

NOT suitable for females during your pregnancy.

Beginners Level

This 80 mins class includes Pranayama (breathing), Sun Salutation, a regular series of beginner level asanas and relaxations. This class is suitable for students who have completed Beginner Course or new students who have some yoga experience or certain ability to follow the ongoing instructions.

NOT suitable for females during your pregnancy.

Intermediate /Advance Level

This 80 mins class is open to intermediate and advance students. The class includes Pranayama (breathing exercises, Sun Salutation, 12 basic posture and their variations (start with headstand), and relaxation. Students will practice and be assisted in their individual level of complacency.

Not suitable for beginners.
