Looking for a break? A short getaway to re-energize your mind and body. Embracing yourself in the relax beach surrounding. Slowing down your pace to once again enjoy this very moment, regardless if its a search of self exploration, inner reflection or simply gratitude for life.

A simple getaway that help you to find the inner peace within yourself with the daily cleansing and meditation, strengthen your body with yoga poses and understand your body type and alignments from the TCM perspective. We will also end the night with an evening group sharing and self-reflection.

Our mordern lifestyle does not allow many of us to create a healthy daily habits. In this retreat, we would like to show you different ways of creating healthy daily habits to bring health back to you. Get ready to stretch and bend in our asanas sessions. Be quite and withdraw your senses during our guided meditation. Bring a down to earth note book to write down what we have learn in the theory workshop. End the night with a simple group sharing session and self-reflection (mixed with a cup of relaxing tea). 

By the way, be prepared to lock your mobile phones in your safe box (Lets try stay away from our mobile phones for at least 48hours) and forget about bringing your pad or tablet for this retreat. 

Asanas
We will practice the basic Sivananda Hatha sequences. Explaining the benefits and sharing some adjusting tips of the poses. There will be something to learn for all levels of practitioners.

Meditation
We will be sharing a few ways to meditate with sounds, movements to still sitting. Definitely suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Theory Workshop
As pad/tablet are not welcome during the retreat so be prepared to do some writings during this workshops.

Pricing

Early Bird Pricing (Before 28th Febuary 2018)
Twin Sharing – $690
Single Occupancy – $930

Normal Pricing (1st March 2018 onwards)
Twin Sharing – $750
Single Occupancy – $990

Pricing does not includes:

  • All tips for transport and resort staffs.
  • Last day (17/4/2018) Batam center half day free and easy trip.
  • Any addtional fees if participant failed to follow the group schedule.

Pricing includes:

  • Two way ferry ticket.
  • 3 nights accomodations at Turi Beach Resort.
  • Two way land transfer from ferry terminal to Turi Beach Resort.
  • 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches & 3 dinners.
  • All meals will be vegetarian.
  • Triplegem Yoga Centre reserved the rights to amend any of the points mention above due to unforseen circumstances.

Is there is an exam?
There is no exam but a simple small test on Day 3.

Why do I need to find a partner since I’m joining the retreat alone?
You can state NONE when you register and we’ll try to match you with another individual participant to share the room once we have someone sign up. In the case that there is no one to share the room with you then it’ll be considered as single occupancy pricing.

Day 1 (14/4 Saturday)

10am – Meet up at Tannah merah ferry terminal
11am – Ferry to Nongsa Ferry Terminal
1130am – Lunch at Turi beach resort
1pm – Check in at Turi beach Resort
2pm – Yoga practice
330pm – Workshop
5pm – Light Dinner
8pm – Group Sharing
930pm – Bedtime
